Welcome to the Direct365 Olympics
It’s getting to that time of year again. No not Christmas, we’ve just about recovered from that; it’s Comic Relief!
We love our day jobs – making sure that all your business services are found in one place, but we do enjoy a good rally around to try and make a difference to those who need it most.
This year at Direct365 we’re pulling out all the stops and making ourselves looks ridiculous, all in the name of doing something funny for money. In addition to donating to Comic Relief, we’ll be splitting the proceeds with the RSPCA in Preston, who are suffering some hard times and have no choice but to shut up shop if they can’t raise enough money.
These are great causes; as you can imagine we’re going to raise as much money as we possibly can! So how do we plan on doing it?
We’ll all be participating in the Office Olympics – it’s all competitive as departments go head to head to be crowned the Office King and Queen (unfortunately there’s no palace and staff on offer)
On 15th March we’ll all be coming to work in fancy dress – the funniest outfit wins. We’ll be going all out on this one.
Lastly we’ll be doing a sponsored walk from our headquarters near Preston to Southport, stopping at all the garden centres along the way to raise more money and give autographs to our adoring fans.
It’s going to go Comic Relief Crazy in the Direct365 offices next week – we’ll be sure to keep you all updated with the most awkward, unflattering photos of us all.
Just £25 will provide water to a family living in the slums of Kenya. We want to help hundreds of families.
