The newest model to the Lifeline AED range – The Lifeline VIEW AUTO. Has all the winning qualities of the Lifeline VIEW but with an automatic shock functionality. It is the ONLY AED on the market with a full-colour video screen – so even a child can use it with confidence in a rescue.
Clear voice instructions and graphics on a full-colour screen help anyone use the AED. A world first, even in noisy environments the device can be easily used thanks to the easy to understand on-screen video.
The standard Lifeline VIEW Defibrillator Battery (approx 4 years) is capable of performing 120 defibrillator shocks or 8 hours of continuous operation. For the Lifeline VIEW, the standard battery pack is the only option available.
The Lifeline VIEW AUTO is Defibtech’s latest technologically advanced AED. With its one-button operation, the user is lead through the rescue, clearly and concisely, using full-motion color video display with text and a calm voice articulating instructions for saving a life. It builds on Defibtech’s family of the first automated external defibrillators using full-motion color video display to lead the user through a rescue step-by-step. Videos guide the user through a rescue making it easy for virtually anyone — from untrained bystanders to first responders —to take action confidently and appropriately during an emergency. Available for certain countries in select languages, including English, Dutch, German, and French. In addition, a selection of dual-language options are available.
Video
They say a picture is worth a thousand words; now multiply that with the power of video. The Lifeline VIEW AUTO has a large, full-color interactive display that gives you step-by-step instructions for performing CPR, rescue breathing, and is designed to analyze heart rhythms and automatically deliver a shock—if recommended—without any user intervention.
Saving lives, while rewarding, can be stressful. Even if you are trained, in an emergency situation, will you remember what to do and how to do it? The Lifeline VIEW AUTO has videos that show you how to perform a specific part of a rescue. Users are lead through the rescue by means of videos with onscreen text, and a calm, clear voice instructs how to help save a life.
A Personal Coach at Your Side
While you are in the middle of the rescue, you may not remember how many compressions to provide and the timing between each one. The Lifeline VIEW AUTO has a built-in metronome that counts out the beat so you know what to do and when to do it.
Real-Time Protocol Selection
Not all rescuers are the same. Some people do compressions-only CPR. Others may be trained to do both compressions and rescue breathing. Real-Time Protocol Selection allows you to switchover from one to both without skipping a beat, giving you the comfort and confidence to deliver emergency care your way.
One Touch Status Screen
When sudden cardiac arrest strikes, there is no time to lose. You need to be sure that your AED is ready for rescue. Most other AEDs only signal when there's a problem. The Lifeline VIEW AUTO's one-touch status screen gives you everything you need to know that the unit is up to date and in working order. Without turning it on, users can quickly check that the AED and its components are ready for rescue. Up-to-the minute information regarding the operational status of the AED, Battery Pack, and defibrillation pads (both adult and pediatric) is quickly provided.
Award-Winning Ergonomic Design
Compact, portable, and lightweight - under three pounds – the Lifeline VIEW AUTO represents an extension of the newest generation in a family of defibrillators that have won a number of industry awards for design and innovation, including its sister device, the Lifeline VIEW semi-automatic AED, being featured in a special exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art about how design can enhance emergency response.
Ruggedness & Durability
The Lifeline VIEW AUTO's ruggedness is measured by a specific set of criteria. It is one tough little unit, coming out on top in some of the most demanding environmental tests.
Easy to Maintain
One of the major problems with most AEDS is maintenance. Not with the Lifeline VIEW AUTO. The status screen gives you up to the minute information on maintenance if it's required. In addition, built-in video help gives you easy, step-by-step guidance on maintenance that supplements the user manual. Proactive reporting monitors the status of the device and its components.
Easy to Upgrade
As protocols change over time, your unit can be easily upgraded in the field with a data card.
Easy to Record and Transfer Data
Data from the unit can be recorded or retrieved from the device using a data card.
Safe and Effective Life-Saving Technology
The Lifeline VIEW AUTO uses an impedance compensated biphasic truncated exponential waveform technology, a clinically proven waveform and algorithm to deliver shocks and save lives. This is one of the most widely used impedance compensated waveforms which has extensive clinical experience-and success-in thousands of defibrillators around the world. Evaluation in hundreds of publications has demonstrated this technology to be the safest and most effective when it comes to saving lives.
Warranty - please note:
The warranty for the Lifeline unit is 8 years. The warranty for the battery itself is 4 years.
