The dryer includes a safety thermal limiter, automatic disconnect system, safety screws and special wrench type opener.

To operate, the user is to place their hands under the air outlet. The dryer will automatically start up and continue to dry the hands for as long as they are kept under the air flow. Once the hands are dry the appliance will stop 2 seconds later.
