Bookmark us

One of the fastest ways to revisit Direct365 is to add us into your "Favourites" or to "Bookmark" us, this means that whenever you click on the "Favourites" area of your browser, we will always be there ready for you to click on, instantly loading up our website without you having to type anything.

 

Search Engines

If you prefer to use a Search Engine to find websites (For example, www.google.com) then search for "Direct365 supplies" and you should be able to easily find us.

Direct Load

To directly load up our website, you can just type "www.direct365.co.uk/supplies" into the URL bar in your browser - this will take you straight to our homepage.

Newsletter/Email

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we send out regular emails containing special offers, discount codes and much more - these emails will always have links that take you straight to our website.

Selecting your products

Categories

At the top of the page, you should see a horizontal list of different product categories. We have broken down our products into different areas so that you can easily find what you are looking for. You can either click on one of these to take you to a page which will take you to an area containing those products, or you can simply hover your mouse over the most relevant category to see some more specific options.

Search

If you know exactly what it is that you are looking for, then you can type the name of the product into the search box at the top of the page and it should take you directly to the product. As a quick tip, if this doesn't bring back the product that you are looking for, it is usually best to try and navigate your way through the categories instead: We are always analysing our Search results to improve its performance, so don't worry if you can't find exactly what it is that you were looking for.

Homepage

Our homepage contains links to products throughout the site - these products are usually reduced in price, or are involved in a promotion. We manually select these products because they provide great value for money to our customers. Before you go further, it is always worth having a quick look at what deals we have available - something might just catch your eye!

Finding Accessories

A lot of our products have certain accessories that compliment it, usually through adding new functionality, or as a refill or replenishment for its consumable parts. These accessories can be found in the "Related products" area of the product detail page. The description will sometimes give you some more information on accessories, too.

If you are unsure then you can always get in touch with our customer care team who are experts in recommending accessories.

Choosing Correctly

We want to make sure that you are always buying the very best products available - we don't want you to be unhappy with your purchase and we especially don't want you to have to go out of your way to return an item.

In order to make sure that we are giving you all of the information you need to make a great product choice, each item should have a description which will give you detailed information about the product, along with any features, benfits and additional specifications that can help you choose correctly. Also, where relevant, our products will come with downloadable instructions - which are especially usefuly for customers that are buying products with strict space limitations.
